ELVIS IN BAD NAUHEIM, GERMANY

Elvis is back – and large as life! A bronze statue of the musician has been unveiled in Bad Nauheim, Germany. The spa town in the state of Hessen has a close kinship with Elvis Presley; he was stationed there as a soldier from October 1958 to March 1960. Wondering why he appears to be hanging in mid-air? As of January 8, 2021 – the King’s birthday – he will be leisurely leaning against the rail of a pedestrian bridge.
