Smoke hash first day there. 2/37 battalion. Hewell D Fleming Lt. Col. commanding. He was good man. Remember WW2 tank in parade field. Guess it was in battle of the bulge. Some guy named General Abrams was his tank. He came to see his former tank. He was a four star then in 74. He looked old, tired.
